We want you to feel good about your Little Self Reminder purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

30-Day Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

For eligible returns, we provide free return shipping.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must return the item within 30 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • Return jewelry with its original packaging when possible.

  • Items must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

For hygiene reasons, soap and personal-care products must be unused and unopened to be eligible for return.

Personalized & Customized Items

Personalized, customized, or made-to-order products may not be eligible for return because we create them specifically for you.

If a personalized item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us, and we'll make it right.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number

  • The item you would like to return

  • The reason for the return

We'll provide return instructions and, when applicable, a prepaid return shipping label.

Please do not send a return without contacting us first.

Free Return Shipping

For approved eligible returns, Little Self Reminder will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

You will not be charged for the return shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund to your original payment method.

Please allow several business days for your financial institution or payment provider to make the refund available in your account.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains the wrong item, please get in touch with us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include photos of the item and packaging so we can understand what happened.

We'll work with you to provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Exchanges

We don't currently offer direct exchanges.

If you'd like a different product, you may return your eligible item and place a new order.

Final Sale Items

If an item is marked Final Sale at the time of purchase, it is not eligible for return unless it arrives damaged or defective.

We will clearly identify any applicable final-sale restrictions on the product page or at checkout.
